Our parish celebrated its 100th Anniversary over the weekend of November 4th-5th. Vespers took place in the church at 5pm, followed by a banquet at St. George Orthodox Cathedral. Hon. Joseph Lian served as the master of ceremonies and presented an overview of the church’s history. He was followed by remarks from our pastor Father Bryan and Bishop Francois. The catered dinner was served by Creedon and Co, and music was provided by George Maalouf and Ensemble.
Back at our church on Sunday, there was a Hierarchical Divine Liturgy with Bishop Francois followed by a luncheon in the hall.
Thanks to everyone for sharing this important milestone in the life of our parish! We are grateful to all our parishioners who worked so hard to make this celebration possible! We couldn’t have done it without you!
